Although I wanted to get a forester but due to the chip shortage they did not have it, so I went with what they had which was Okay. Jacob was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in the vehicle and was shortage they did not have it, so I went with what they had which was Okay. Jacob was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in the vehicle and was more than willing to show me and teach me, Landon and Ahmed were also great. My whole experience with Subaru Whitebear was really Good. I might come back next year i might come back for Forester Wilderness. More

Sales work was excellent. Aaron is very responsive - very good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 1 good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 10 different ongoing support options each costing $1,000. You can easily spend another $10,000. Come on guys - you can do better than this. I don't make spot decisions to spend $1,000 here and another $1,000 there. Not a good process. Hated the entire finance process. More
