People are good people when they actually listen to you talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to replace it for 10 minutes of labor. Constantly pushing unneeded service and plans at ridiculous prices. I’ve been a mechanic and understand how shops work with book values and cost. had to schedule 3 different appointments after being told parts were there for recalls and after dropping it off being told they don’t have them.
