WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO....BEWARE....SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUOTE ON LINE AS THE SALESMAN TOLD ME TO....HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE THE KBB PRICE FOR OUR TRADE WHICH WAS A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK....PURCHASED NEW WITH A STICKER PRICE OF $42,000.00....THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD ONLY GIVE $24,000.00 FOR THE TRADE....KBB WAS BETWEEN $27,000.00 -$29,000.00.....THE JEEP IS IMMACULATE....THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO DISCOUNT THE TACOMA $3,000.00....IT HAD A STICKER PRICE OF $41,000.00....WE DROVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE....WE WERE DEFINITELY LEAVING WITH THIS TACOMA WITH ALL THE INFO THEY AGREED TO OVER THE INTERNET & PHONE....SO, LONG STORY SHORT, THEY HAD US THERE 4 HOURS & NO DEAL....THEY GAVE US A PRICE OF ABOUT 3K-4K LOWER THAN KBB.....THEY OFFERED $24,000.00....I FINALLY GOT THEM TO GIVE US $25,000.00 FOR IT....THE SALESMAN WE WERE WORKING WITH, HIS NAME WAS STANHOPE.....HE TOLD US WHEN WE CAME IN THAT HE WAS A MANAGER & HE WOULD BE DOING OUR DEAL....COME TO FIND OUT AFTER WE LEFT HE WAS JUST A CLIENT ADVISOR....NO MANAGER.....HE LIED TO US THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE VISIT.......SO, WHEN HE BROUGHT US THE DEAL....HE WAS HOPING WE DIDNT CATCH IT BUT HE HAD ON THE PAPERWORK, $2,100.00 FOR ACCESSORIES???? WE DID NOT CATCH IT RIGHT AWAY BUT THEN WE DID....HE WAS SPEECHLESS WHEN WE CALLED HIM ON IT.....THERE WERE NO ACCESSORIES ON THE TRUCK....SO, HE REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY...HE WAS TRYING TO SAY, OH IT IS GAP INSURANCE & SO FORTH....WE NEVER PURCHASE GAP INSURANCE ANYWAY....BY THE WAY, WE BOUGHT ABOUT 40 PLUS BRAND NEW CARS IN OUR LIFE....SO WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DEALING WITH AT DEALERSHIPS....HE PROBABLY LOOKED AT US AS A COUPLE OF STUPID BROADS....THEN HE TACKED ON A $400.00 DOC FEE THAT HE TOLD US FROM THE BEGINNING HE WOULD SPLIT THAT WITH US BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HIM ON IT RIGHT AWAY....WE ARE FROM PA & PA ONLY CHARGES $129.00 DOC FEE....JERSEY HAS NO CAP, SO THAT IS A WAY THEY GET SOME OF THEIR MONEY BACK THAT THEY DISCOUNT ON THE NEW CAR...THEN HE TACKED ON A DMV FEE OF $250.00.....PA ONLY CHARGES $36.00....SO, HE TRIED TO RIP US OFF ALL OF THE MONEY HE DISCOUNTED THE TACOMA....HE REALLY DID NOT THINK WE WOULD CATCH THAT...HE WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN WE DID AND ASKED HIM WHAT WAS UP WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES...THAT WAS AN EXTRA $3,000.00....WE HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DEALERS IN OUR LIFETIME....NEVER QUITE VISITED ONE LIKE THIS....WHEN WE TURNED OUR BACK TO THE DEAL...HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY BECAUSE HE WAS SO EMBARRASSED HE GOT CAUGHT BEFORE WE SIGNED THE DEAL...ESPECIALLY BY 2 DUMB BROADS THAT HE THOUGHT DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING....SURPRISE!!!!!!!...WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH CARS...THERE IS NO FOOLING US...WE HAVE HAD....CORVETTE AFTER CORVETTE, HUMMERS, NISSAN 350Z, CONVERTIBLE AFTER CONVERTIBLE, SPORTS CAR AFTER SPORTS CAR AND THIS CLOWN TRIES TO RIP US OFF ON A TOYOTA TACOMA.....IF YOU DO DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS....WATCH YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR JOHN HANCOCK....GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU CAR BUYERS THAT SHOP HERE.....THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU , SO IF YOU GO THERE, PAY ATTENTION....AFTER WE GOT HOME, WE CALLED GENERAL MANAGER TWICE....(CLIFTON)....HE NEVER BOTHERED TO RETURN OUR CALLS TO TRY TO SMOOTH THINGS OVER....NEVER AGAIN More

Lease Trade-In and New Purchase Experience The Client Advisor, Hesh Ismail helped us with our Toyota leased vehicle and in with the (now) purchase of the new 2106 Camry .. This was a 2 day affa The Client Advisor, Hesh Ismail helped us with our Toyota leased vehicle and in with the (now) purchase of the new 2106 Camry .. This was a 2 day affair ( different day s :) we spent a lot of time cumulatively close to 10 hrs , the reason i mention this is because the gentlemen though new at his Job was very patient with all out questions and queries.. We had explored dozen diff options which would best suit our need.. In the end we came out happy feeling that we made a good trade/deal.. All through out the transaction Toyota made every effort to earn this sale, threw in additional incentives to close the deal.. In the end i left the dealership with a feeling that i bargained hard and got a good deal .. And i am sure the house never looses .its just the feeling ..LOL .. overall i am a very satisfied customer.. More

NEEDED A CAR, I HAD SPOKEN WITH LARRY FOR OVER A YEAR AND DECIDED NOW WAS THE BEST TIME TO GO IN AND SEE THE CARS.MY SALES MAN WAS RUPERT:0)HE'S ALSO A FRIEND OF MY MOM. I BOUGHT MY CAR SATURDAY WITH THE HE DECIDED NOW WAS THE BEST TIME TO GO IN AND SEE THE CARS.MY SALES MAN WAS RUPERT:0)HE'S ALSO A FRIEND OF MY MOM. I BOUGHT MY CAR SATURDAY WITH THE HELP OF DAVID IN FINANCING, HE'S A GREAT GUY!, AND WAS EXCITED BUT I WAS IN A RUSH TO GET HOME, SO I WASN'T ABLE TO GET THE CAR DETAILED, BUT MY SALES GUY,RUPERT, LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS STILL ABLE TO COME IN ANYTIME AND GET MY DUE SERVICE-- I DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL MY REGISTRATION DOCS CAME IN(WHICH THEY HADN'T YET) ON SUNDAY, 2 DAYS AGO, I WENT TO WASH MY TRUCK SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO GET IT DONE AT THE DEALERSHIP.I FOUND THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH WATER GETTING INTO MY CAR...I CALLED RUPERT FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND HE WAS ABLE TO SET ME UP AN APPT TO GET MY SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF.MY CAR IS CURRENTLY AT DCH GETTING FIXED.THERE ARE OTHER MINOR ISSUES WITH THE CAR, BUT THE SERVICE TECH JAHVED EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND HE WILL ORDER THE PART THAT IS NEEDED.NOW, USUALLY, WHEN PEOPLE BUY A CAR THEY DON'T EXPECT TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR SERVICING WITHIN 3 DAYS,BUT I DID AND YES, I AM A LITTLE ANNOYED,TICKED OFF TO BE MORE ACCURATE--BUT I AM MORE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE STAFF IN SERVICING HELPED ME OUT, THEY ASKED ME WHAT'S WRONG,I TOLD THEM, THEY GOT RIGHT TO IT, AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS--- I HAD TO COME TO WORK AND GOT A COURTESY RIDE,WILL NEED ONE TO COME GET ME!BUT OTHER THAN THAT I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF DCH IN THE SALES AND SERVICING DEPT.MOST DEALERS WOULD HAVE JUST SAID TOO BAD BUT DCH STANDS BY THEIR WORD, AND INTEGRITY IS INVALUABLE.I AM PLEASED, I WILL RECOMMEND DCH TO EVERYONE I KNOW-- THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME GET MY CUTE LIL TRUCK!!DON'T BE SURPRISED IF I BUY ANOTHER ONE IN 1 YEAR:0) More

He was straight forward and was very informative and had no issues with pricing over the internet. Most dealers wont "talk" prices online but not Mr Larry! I love the way they treat you here. It is refreshing to find a dealership that does not play stupid games with the consumer. I went to other dealerships,played their games and DCH is the best by far. No games,No gimmicks,No tricks,No bogus "add on fees", The price was inline and all I paid was NJ Tax,my DMV fees and a very reasonable documentation fee for the title and papperwork. NOTHING ELSE. very pleasent and I will be making this my GO TO dealer..I recommend DCH do your homework,do your research and then go to DCH-you will see what I am talking about..I also check them out on dealerrater.com before I even considered them. We started our car shopping online and our first contact was Larry Hart who emailed the price for several cars that we requested, he followed up with us through emails and phone calls. When I spoke with him was Larry Hart who emailed the price for several cars that we requested, he followed up with us through emails and phone calls. When I spoke with him I was very impressed with his demeanor so I decided to go to his dealership. When we went to the dealership, Larry greeted us and put us onto Ray Medina, our Sales Consultant, who was very nice and friendly to us, we were also impressed by him, he was very patient and explained everything to us and we got the price that was quoted initially by Larry. A second visit to the dealership and Ray came to me to make sure I was happy and all was well with the car, he even washed the car for me. Ray is the best car salesman I have dealt with and I will surely recommend him to future car buyers. While I had some bad experience with the Finance Manager, Patrick - I would not go into any details since it has been taken care of. More

From first contact to final handshake this was a perfect new car buying experience. I knew what I wanted, had a TrueCar.com pricing certificate which they matched despite not participating in that particula new car buying experience. There were no games, no last minute gimmicks, and no surprises. When I explained I was moving and had little time, they had my paperwork prepared before I arrived. In fact, it took longer to go through the cars many features than it did to sign and close the deal. DCH has all five star ratings from customers for a good reason: customer service. The old fashioned kind. Example: I traveled an hour by train from New York City to visit DCH, and my salesperson Rafal insisted on picking me up at the train station! I thought he must be kidding because no one offers service like that, right? Well DCH does and it's a real pleasure to be treated with consideration, respect, and courtesy. Would I buy from DCH again? In a heartbeat. Without naming names, 4 other Toyota dealers tried a bait and switch. DCH doesn't, didn't and from conversations I overheard with other customers, wouldn't even consider or permit it. My experience with DCH Brunswick Toyota was a very pleasant one. They were able to satisfy all my querries on the internet before I visited their show-room. Most of all, I was able to test-drive the vehicle, finish all the paper work and conclude the transaction within 40 minutes...that is record time...keep it up. More

Darile was professional, kind, knowlegable, and made me so at ease for this car buying experience. I had visted two other Toyota dealers on Rt 22, NJ and one in Jersey City, I left those dealerships feeling so beat up on, I wanted to cry. I almost gave up on the Toyota Camry I been wanting for 8 years, to go with a Honda. But DCH Brunswick Toyota staff change all of that. DCH Borth Brunswick Toyota should give classes to other Toyota dealership on how to treat customers. I was more happy purchasing my 2012 Toyota Camry than when I purchased my house a few years ago.
