Very smooth car buying experience! It was great to work with everyone, from the salesman to the finance department, they knew the answers to all of my questions, had the car facts and It was great to work with everyone, from the salesman to the finance department, they knew the answers to all of my questions, had the car facts and financing info printed off and ready, and wasn’t pushy at all during my decision making process. The entire staff was knowledgeable and honest. The auto center employees are very thorough and friendly. The small amount of waiting that was done was made comfortable and easy. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. We drove from mobile to go to this one because of things we had heard and I’m so glad we did. More

Bought a 2008 Honda Accord with 126k miles on it a total piece of junk car . Bought it from salesman Michael sigmon a nice guy I guess . Ok test drove the car seemed ok . I told Mike I’ll call him in a few piece of junk car . Bought it from salesman Michael sigmon a nice guy I guess . Ok test drove the car seemed ok . I told Mike I’ll call him in a few days I’ll think it over went out of town for a week call him while I was gone told him I’ll put some money down and pick the car up when I get back in town. They said they would detail the car have it clean well when I get the car home they just had cleaned the floormats. Under the mats the carpets were filthy with at least 2 gallons of oil and transmission fluid spilled on them and also in the trunk was transmission fluid spilled . We’ll when I call them they said it was bought as is it’s on me . But they did offer to clean the carpets again . Took it back they did a very light cleaning I spent 6 hours of my time cleaning them.then the air would not blow vey well took the cabin filter out and was completely stopped up with dirt and trash call the sale manager and he said bring him the receipt where I bought a new on and they would pay me for it. Ok they did do that then last week took the car out of town run into some rain coming home the front windshield had a lot of wind noise well guess what I found the car had been in a wreck had the front windshield replaced whoever put the windshield in did not put any windshield sealer on the glass. I had 5 gallons of water in the floor boards call the sales manager jermicheal and he said bring it in to look at at he agreed with me said he could get me a glass at cost. But should had offered to pay for it I think. We’ll it doesn’t end there the air quit blowing cold air has a Freon leak on the o ring going to the compressor we’ll I fixed that also called the tameron Honda general manager in Gadsden his name is Larry keen he said good luck I bought it as is basically what a guy he is a total cocky arrogant should not be in a sales general manager position no customer service skills whatsoever . We’ll buyer beware please please do not ever buy anything from this location thanks l clements. o one more thing the transmission was shifting hard going up hills . me and a friend that works with me changed the transmission fluid and determined it has never been changed since it was new.was very dirty and full of grit.we changed it shifts like new. call larry keen again to let him know what i had also found. again said as is it was on me what great customer service.there saying at tameron honda is your going to like the way you are treated.wow what a joke that is.aslso they brake lights did not work. i fixed that also guess thats no big deal .well Larry has offered to put me in a new windshield. we will see where that goes .my carpets are ruined and i have asked him to purchase new carpet for this car that would be the right thing to do .if he does i have told him i would put the carpet in myself. we will see where that goes i highly doubt he will do that we will see. More

Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition this week. I asked the salesman multiple times for the final price. He showed me the final negotiated price which was agreeable then showed monthly payments below asked the salesman multiple times for the final price. He showed me the final negotiated price which was agreeable then showed monthly payments below that which factored in $2500 in hidden fees for mud flaps, spray on wax, and tape on the door edges. All of this was mentioned multiple times as "complimentary" and "included". I caught the hidden fees at the time of document signing when the final sales price did not match the final sales price on the deal we agreed on. STAY far away from this place. When we trade next year I will go somewhere else and you should as well. More
