My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
We had been looking for a new conversion for over a year, and your website intrigued us the most. We HATE the hassle of buying a new vehicle...you all thru that right out the window!! This was by far THE BEST ever vehicle purchase experience. No going back and forth, no hassle, just up front honesty., a trait that has gone away at MOST dealerships. I can honestly say, if and when we are in the market for another, Dave Arbogast is the 1st place we will be checking.
Thanks so much for the effortless experience in this fast paced living we are all in these days!

Our dealings with Salesman Larry Oaks were excellent.

He was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the vehicle

and the conversion process was superb! Besides that he

is a very nice guy. After the sale he kept us informed on

the mfg progress and notified us of delivery time etc. The

conversion co installed the wrong radio--Larry got that

corrected immediately.

What a nice ride back to Peoria in our 2011 GM Explorer High Top Conversion Van! Thank you so much for the relaxed sales technique you displayed on Saturday. It was nice that you had the two vehicles that we were interested in ready for our arrival. I liked that you gave us a few more options after listening to what we liked and what we did not like. By the time that we were close to making up our mind, it felt like we had taken all the possibilities into consideration. When it came down to the final deal, the additional GM incentive was icing on the cake.

We were both thankful knowing that the extension kit would be on the way and even better yet for the kids a few more wireless earphones. Honestly as far as a sales experience I would rate it as smooth "ten".

I researched this company to insure that it was a reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Although I had several issues after the purchase, I can not emphasize enough the promptness and courteousness of both Larry Oaks,( my sales rep.) and the other staff involved. The issues were resolved with the greatest professionalism and respect. I live in Maine, however, if the occassion arises that I need another vehicle at some time, I would not hesitate to take the time to fly out there again to make a purchase. I highly recommend this car dealership.

Larry Oakes was very nice to me from the beginning. He understood our financial situation and went way beyond to help please us. I am wheelchair bound and I had no way of getting into the back of our van. I just had my leg fused permanently in a surgery back in September and without this chair lift I would not be able to travel comfortably. He is a very nice man and we are very pleased with the results.

My husband did the original deal with Larry for the last van we purchased in 09. That was a good experience so he decided to try again. This time we needed one that would handle better in the snow. Larry had the solution...Just order one with AWD. We had no idea they put this in a full size van . He assured him we would be very pleased with it, it would not be any higher or harder to climb in and the gas use would not be any greater.He was right on all accounts.I had never been a fan of car salesmen but after meeting Larry I had a change of heart. He knows people and his product. I was impressed that he was so down to earth and not pushy. All of the salesmen in our area make a pest of themselves all for a sale . this is a total turn-off for both of us. It's no wonder my husband decided to travel almost four hours to buy this van too. We'll be back again for the next one and possibly for a replacement for my Tahoe next year.

So far we have absolutely no complaints only compliments. The staff was friendly and Larry Oakes, the person we dealt with the most, was very friendly and helpful.
