A Great New Car Experience! "I specifically wanted to try out this dealership, because I love the commercials with Mr Fitzgerald and the ""no haggle"" pricing. It turned out to b "I specifically wanted to try out this dealership, because I love the commercials with Mr Fitzgerald and the ""no haggle"" pricing. It turned out to be the right decision. My sales consultant, Larry Payne, was exemplary. He was friendly and helpful, without being pushy and overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. In fact, everyone I met that day was kind, respectable, and gave me a feeling of calm, instead of anxiety. I've been to other dealerships and had negative experiences, feeling very pressured. This was not the case with Fitzgerald Auto. In fact, I've been telling everyone what a great experience it was. My son was with me, and he bought a certified used car about a month before, in Virginia, and he couldn't believe what an easy, non-stressful experience I had, compared to what he went through. It felt like I was among friends, and I'm so glad I came." More

Larry Payne was Excellent I have been shopping for a car for the last six months. I have visited many dealerships ( Hyundai, Audi, Honda, ect. ) and have found them all to be I have been shopping for a car for the last six months. I have visited many dealerships ( Hyundai, Audi, Honda, ect. ) and have found them all to be underhanded and deceptive in there practices. They have tried to pressure me into deals that I was not happy with and on many occasions have lied to me. Larry Payne was the only salesman that I found to be honest and straightforward. If it weren't for Larry I'd probably still be shopping. I live in New Jersey and traveled many hours to buy from your dealership, it was worth it. More

We were excited to get a new or used car but of course very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and che very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and check them out and Larry Payne was the first person that helped us. Not ONCE did Larry ask us when were were buying. Unlike the next dearlership we went to that asked us 3 times(in that visit!) if we were going to buy that day! Larry was wonderful and so patience with the multiple test drives we did, he was quick on response time in getting us information we needed, and just a nice genuine person to work with! WE LOVE our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe! We even got leather AND a sunroof put in because the price was right! And it looks great! Thank you, Larry for all your help! And thank you for making the experience so special with zero pressure! Driving from Bethesda to Arlington everyday for work will be more fun! Now, if only the traffic would disappear! More
