My mom and dad both bought my car from her before me so I went in with high expectations that she surpassed. Got me a car comparable to the one I wanted at the price that I named. She treated me with respect and made the process as easy as possible for me. The dealership itself is average at best, but Latonia take last charge of the resources available to you there and uses them as weapons when she goes into battle for you. More

I ended up with a really low mil I had a really good experience purschasing my first mid size SUV at Napleton. The approval process was fast and easy. I ended up with a really low millage 2010 Santa Fe LIMITED. My dealer really cared about what she was selling me and even worked with me on a downpayment that I could afford. She even stayed late just to make sure everything went well with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them. I LOVE my mid size suv. I know that I'm getting my monies worth. More

The salesperson did an excellent job explaining the vehicle features, kept me comfortable while waiting, and kept me informed during each stage of the car buying process. The finance department did and excellent job explaining fees, payments, and insurance coverage. I would have liked to see more cars and colors options for the vehicle i wanted (the selection was very small). More
