My husband and I went into Halleen Kia to trade in two previously purchased Kia's from Bill Doraty (who "took us" with their "two for one" deal" and we kind of got screwed - will NEVER go back there again previously purchased Kia's from Bill Doraty (who "took us" with their "two for one" deal" and we kind of got screwed - will NEVER go back there again!) and buy or lease a new single vehicle. Despite our negative experience with the other dealership we still felt that Kia's are the cars for us. I chose Halleen because a friend and coworker of mine has purchased from Halleen and Laura Campbell in the past and were extremely satisfied with their deal. We loved the Sorento and were interested in potentially acquiring a certified used newer model. Laura Campbell met with us right away, listened to our needs, was respectful, and non-judgemental! That is exactly what we needed. She worked hard for us to get the best deal possible under the circumstances and got us into our DREAM car that will last us many adoring years with state of the art features. My husband and I whole heartedly recommend Laura Campbell and Halleen Kia when looking for your next Kia. Kia's in general are a great buy for the money and we'll continue to buy them as long as Kia keeps up the good work, great value and use Laura and Halleen help us find that future vehicle. Laura was an excellent sales woman who was very helpful and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. She was great at helping me find a car that fit my needs and expensive taste without the pric and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. She was understanding and helpful and I appreciated that she didn't use forceful sales tactics. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 and not a 5 rating was because I have had to return to the dealership twice to sign and resign paperwork that should have been completed on the first visit (not my fault). This wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't live so far from North Olmstead, but since I do, it has been an inconvenience. If you come to Halleen, ask for Laura to be your saleswoman and when you are finalizing the sale with the finance manager, make sure all paperwork is signed. More

Laura greeted me with a huge smile that never quit. As for customer service...I am mildly handicapped and Laura made it easy to navigate around the facility. She engaged me in conversation with similiar problems(we are both single Moms)that made me feel welcomed. Every question was answered and when she asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, she took me to the one I purchased (after looking at several other options). I love my Kia Sportage and it truly fit my need. I am looking forward to all the free car washings!! Now it gets tricky. Finances! Steven went through all the options very clearly. I didn't the picture. He patiently went through them again in a different manner. Well, I still didn't get it. So he printed out columns that showed the differences in a way I could understand. I got it!! I picked the finance program I could live with. He was very patient, never let me feel "dumb"....and if your name is "Carol", ask him to tell you the Carol story. It also impressed me that he has worked for Halleen Kia for 19 years. That speaks volumnes!! All the other staff had smiles on their faces and greeted me. There was great rapport among them. I don't think you can beat their 10 year/100,ooo mileage guarantee. BUY FROM HALLEEN KIA...YOU WON'T REGRET IT More

The sale I like how they presented themselves . You also got my business walking in the door because your other stuff, member were also , corteous and professional , and my friend jackie from church refered me to Hallen Kia from was happy with Hallen Kia overall rating. So keep up the good work , and I think you will contiue to grow as a business, because word of mounth gets around. I like they way your employee Laura Campbell handled my questions, and my expections as a customer at Hallen Kia.
