Sullivan Honda has been servicing our two Hondas with pleasant competence for quite a few years and when our '98 CR-V finally died, we opted to purchase a CR-V Hybrid. Great customer service. The auto head lights are really terrible lights go on and off regardless of darkness I am not sure if they are to sensitive or not. Alex was very professional and personable throughout the sale transaction. He answered all my questions throughly and even took that extra step by putting the used vehicle I eventually purchased on the lift sale transaction. He answered all my questions throughly and even took that extra step by putting the used vehicle I eventually purchased on the lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. When I’m in the market for another vehicle I would definitely go back to Sullivan Honda and ask for Alex. More
