Hello, there was only one significant concern following
my service visit at Joseph Toyota: once I was on the road, I noticed immediately that the digital speedometer had been set to km/hr rather than MPH.

When I was at my destination, I checked the owners manuals, which had absolutely no instructions on changing the units on the speedometer. I spent several minutes going through the various menu levels, but could not discover how to change the units on the speedometer. Fortunately, once I was at home, I was able to do a targeted internet search and discovered what menu/button combination changes the speedometer units. This was only a moderate inconvenience for me, but I could imagine another, less tech-savvy individual may have been forced to return to the service department to resolve this issue.

I was checked in promptly when I arrived. Since I was not
waiting for the service, I was informed I would be notified when my car was ready for pick-up. When I got home there was a text from Kyle on my phone

When I got home there was a text from Kyle on my phone telling me if I needed anything during the service I could text him. I received a call as soon as my car was finished. I was delighted the work was completed so quickly! After I stopped at the cashier I went into the service area to get my car. My car and another car were parked right behind each other. Both cars looked a lot alike. One of the service gentleman came right over to make sure I had the right car. I was a little surprised but I'm glad he did. Mistakes do happen!

Dropped car off the night before. They called the next
day to tell me what was covered under warranty and what was not and let me know the cost. Told me approximate time of when the car would be done. The
