By the time we reached the dealership, Laura had each of our cars waiting for us for a test drive. She went over all the features of our cars with each of us and happily and patiently answered any additional questions we had. In addition, the paper work process was very quick and painless, which was different from all other experiences we had in prior vehicle purchases elsewhere. We also did not spend our entire day there either and that was miraculous in and of itself considering it was two of us buying at the same time!!
