Called service manager Jason to see what they had as a "resolution" for my issue. Unapologetic and unable to accept responsibility for the poor work they did on my vehicle. Got very upset that I wouldn't "resolution" for my issue. Unapologetic and unable to accept responsibility for the poor work they did on my vehicle. Got very upset that I wouldn't allow him to shrug off my issue. Kept trying to deny the blame and saying it "couldn't of happened here". Can't imagine how the car developed an issue like this in their shop, after not having it beforehand. Really pathetic shop, bruised egos all over. More
