Mercedes Benz of Plano is a stellar dealership across the board. Not only service department, but also roadside assistance 24/7 and the sales department. From purchase to service, its all the worst of the worst!! From the time you try and purchase a car to the point where you fall for their scams and maybe buy a car from them, you will have consistently bad ser From the time you try and purchase a car to the point where you fall for their scams and maybe buy a car from them, you will have consistently bad service from staff who lie and don't do their job. I've bought 7 cars from Mercedes of Plano and for the first 6, they were great. But about 5 years ago they had an ownership change and its been downhill ever since. They lost most of their good people to a dealership in McKinney and are quickly loosing all their long-time customers to other dealerships. Save yourself the heartache, headache and money and go anywhere else. I'm not saying every other dealer is better only that in DFW, Mercedes of Plano is the pitts. Don't believe me? Well go buy a car there and come back in a few months and read this post. More

I purchased a car on Monday. My first choice had been sold so we checked on the specifics of another vehicle. Upon a more thorough visual inspection of the car we found very obvious chips in the paint, s sold so we checked on the specifics of another vehicle. Upon a more thorough visual inspection of the car we found very obvious chips in the paint, scratches and the cover for the towing hitch missing. After a 30+ minutes search for the car keys, I suggested that the repairs be made and I return for the car. The general manager looked at the damage and was quite dismissive to my suggestion. He expressed that a “we owe you” was more appropriate. I expressed my concern that the issue would not be addressed in a timely manner if I bought the car for before repairs. Well this was Monday and it is now Friday. While I still have the critically acclaimed we owe you, I still don’t have the car that I purchased. I would have even been content with an update on the status of the work. NOTHING. This has not been a good experience. While I was not happy to begin a credit application at 9pm, it was quite apparent some of the staff was ready to leave as well. I wanted to leave my car until repairs were made since the GM dismissively stated, “those are easy fixes”. I was asked why pay 30G and leave your car here. I wanted to reply, “Why are you selling me a car for 30G and it is not ready for sale. I was also told that the sale was contingent upon a $2G down payment. I later found out that I paid this amount only because of a lack of communication regarding my trade-in. This is not my first luxury car. However, I’ve not met with such condescending and dismissive attitudes in any other car buying experience. A little kindness and integrity would have been more appropriate. I will share that Mr. King was very professional and kind. I would never have purchased the car had I not already entered into an agreement with him. Integrity is still important to some. More

I previously leased a Honda so I knew nothing about Mercedes. Lawrence was so patient and professional with me. He was beyond knowledgeable and made this car buying experience beyond easy! I initially was all over the place and he helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. The dealership staff was super freindly and the dealership itself was immaculate. I love my Mercedes and will be referring my friends. More
