I Scheduled an Appointment to replace a key fob and no key fobs in stock. I was there 2 weeks prior for auto butler and discussed warranty and replacement, called and communicated that when I made the ap key fobs in stock. I love an hour away, took off work and had to return the following day. I was provided an rental but still had to take more time off work for their scheduling error. Extremely frustrating! More

I just took my used 2020 Toyota in for oil it’s first oil change and was informed that I soon will need rear brakes and rear tires.
