Salesman Laz was great. But Suntrup pushes you to only finance through Suntrup. The paperwork given to me to take to the bank to get a loan was a form with handwritten numbe But Suntrup pushes you to only finance through Suntrup. The paperwork given to me to take to the bank to get a loan was a form with handwritten numbers and no total amount. They blamed me and the bank for bringing them a check that was for the wrong amount. They then supplied me with the typed out form that included all of the other costs that should have been included with the bank. Then Bob proceeded to tell me that is what happens when you don't finance thru them ! More
