Chris in Service is always pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. They really take care of their customers and treat you like family. Today I went in for a free, that's right FREE!, oil change (they send their customers coupons every so often). I have been thinking about trading my 2018 in for a while and today was the day. You can't beat the buy back incentives that are happening right now with the chip shortage. Like I literally got back the amount I paid for that car 2 years ago!! and I left with a brand new 2022. This is my 5th Acura and Maus is by far my favorite dealership out of all of them. Today I worked with Lee Houston who's no stress, no pressure, how can I serve you better and make this go as smoothly as possible approach to selling a vehicle was really refreshing. He really does care about customer satisfaction, not just selling a car for commission. If you're considering buying or leasing a new car, ask for Lee. We just purchased a’21 RDX at Maus Acura and we are very pleased with our experience. From the start we were listened to. At first we came in for an oil change on another ‘RDX and Chris listened to me and explained all that needed to be done and what was recommended. He was not a pushy service man. Then we met with Lee Houston, an attentive salesman. We discussed what we were looking for and what would work for our family. Lee worked some numbers and was able to get us into a new Acura and lower our payment too. We were thrilled. Financing went smoothly as well. Lily and Zack were very knowledgeable and did their magic on the financing side. We couldn’t have been more happier with our new purchase. More
