Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transpare I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The professionalism they show is something all dealers should learn from. More

The service department is excellent, professional, accommodating, clean, organized and stress free for the customer. And most importantly the mechanical work done is fine. The excellence is summed up in two words: KEVIN TARPLEY. This service manager imparts knowledge of the engine and car chassis as well as listening to his customer. He establishes eye contact with not only his computer as he reseArches the issues but eye contact with his customer!! He is a huge asset to Fred Andersen KIA. I recommended this business to a friend fir his Sorrento service snd he was satisfied and impressed with Lindsay, service rep as well. More
