I walked onto the lot interested in looking at a couple of their used Sierras with low miles and well within my price range. I was greeted by a salesman named Lee who made me feel the entire time like I wa of their used Sierras with low miles and well within my price range. I was greeted by a salesman named Lee who made me feel the entire time like I was putting him out by showing me these trucks I was very interested in buying. After looking them over he asked if I wanted to go in and possibly talk about business and then take a test drive. When inside he tried to get me to sign a form that would have locked me into buying the truck if they were able to meet the payments I was looking for, however he failed to explain this until I dug deeper to find out what I was signing, even though I had told him I just wanted to see what we could work out and possibly look at payment-wise. When I refused to sign the form he asked a couple of very condescending questions about my seriousness in buying. After that he handed me his card and told me I should go look into the other options I had and if I was serious about doing business to come back and talk to him. I was never offered the test drive Lee told me about. I walked right out of there and drove to a Ford dealership, as I was interested in the F-150 as well, where I was greeted with a completely different experience. I ended up buying a truck that day from the other dealership because they ended up being so willing to work for me. To top it off, a week later I got a notification that they had submitted my credit application anyways and it had rejected, even though my application at Ford had no problems... so now I have that lovely "hit" on my credit report. I would never go back there, even if they were giving away cars and have told all of my friends and coworkers about the terrible experience I had! More
