She was very straight-forward and honest with me the whole time, and was in frequent communication with me walking me though the buying process. I had mentioned to her that I liked heated seats even living in Florida! I didn’t have time to test drive the car on the first visit so a few days later, I returned to test drive the car and she had the seats warming up for me!
