My Review of Beck & Masten Buick GMC:
Of course I would recommended this dealership to anyone. Especially if they have an issue with their vehicle. They are Honest,quick, fast, and efficient.They have the friendliest staff and mechanics who know what they are doing. And I've been doing business with them for years now purchasing vehicles and visiting the service department. I've grown to feel more like family than just another customer. I've got to thank my service advisor Lee Velazquez, he has been there with a smile since October 2006, the same year I purchase the Yukon(John Collins the saleman at that time). Any problems with my vehicle Beck and Masten Service Department Lee Velazquez is the one I call. Understandably they can't perform miracles but they sure do their best to get the issue resolve and back in working order. If you can't wait on your vehicle they have a shuttle and of course the car rental provider. They have a waiting area with free Wifi which is really cool if you have some sort of business to do on your laptop. I even brought over my dad so he could get his Sierra service there and last year my sister purchase a Terrain from them as well. To me BECK AND MASTEN NORTH undeniably are the best. :) "A smile is the universal welcome."

My Review of Beck & Masten Buick GMC:
In this Obama economy, we said we would buy used from now on. However, we got such good recs about Parrish Hadley and Lee Velasquez that it was worth our time to drive down 400 miles to Houston from Plano to speak with Mr H reguarding the replacement of the 10 year old family F150 with a brand new GMC Sierra Texas Edition 4 do'. Parrish did not disappoint.....Nor did Mr V. We got what we wanted, in good time, in good order, and headed back to Plano and have not been disappointed. We only wish that we were closer to B&M so that we can get the class act action on the regularly scheduled service that we hear Mr Velasquez gives his most favored friends and family~of which we would surely be included.

Definitely a good move in 2010 to get the new truck from PH..... We have another midsize SUV that will need to be replaced again shortly so we look to PH and our friends at Beck & Masten to make it happen. ALL THE WAY FROM PLANO ~

Yes....signing in from Collin County and the dealerships here we chose Parrish based on the PERSONAL recommendation from friends. He is worth driving 400 miles for.

My Review of Beck & Masten Buick GMC:
We have 2 GMC vehicles that come in for regular maintenance & oil changes and when other minor boo boo's happen. My husband does not have time to deal with these kinds of daily nonsenses. So, I get to learn more about the innards of a car than I ever needed to know. Every single person that works there is outstandingly accomidating, professional AND HAPPY TO BE there! They don't turn over their people, so you have the same great people each time you are there. They take the time to explain everythying they are doing, why they need to do something a particular way and how much it will cost....and then the do it and it's done and you don't have to worry about a thing. They don't tell you what you should have done or why someone else messed it up or why did you let it get to be this bad???? You get "Yes, Mrs. Smith, we will take care of that for you, no problem." It's no worries at Beck & Masten. They can do it all........
