As in the past, he was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Worked with Mr. Bill Sutton for the final delivery of the vehicle and he was very pleasant and professional as well. We have been servicing our vehicle with the Dick Norris Buick GMC service department since 2000. We have dealt almost exclusively with Mr. Lenny Demarco as our service advisor. He has been great to work with over the years and has helped us out with all of our service needs very professionally as well. This was our third new vehicle purchase from Dick Norris Buick GMC since 2003. As always our treatment as valued customers has been above par. At one time or another during the last 12 years we have dealt with all of the departments there at the dealership. Everyone there has always been wonderful to work with and go out of their way if necessary to make you feel that they do appreciate your business. My thanks to Dick Norris Buick GMC of Palm Harbor, Sales Representative-Jeff Cross, Sales Manager-Steve Newcommer, Business Manager-Dean Lillquist, Service Consultant-Lenny DeMarco, Service Manager-Brent Bo Representative-Jeff Cross, Sales Manager-Steve Newcommer, Business Manager-Dean Lillquist, Service Consultant-Lenny DeMarco, Service Manager-Brent Boostrom, and Mr.Doug Norris for their exceptional effort throughout the purchase, service, and resolution of an elusive vibration problem that my newly purchased vehicle incurred. I know of no other dealership who would go to such lengths to satisfy a customer. Dick Norris has extended every courtesy from buying lunch, providing a courtesy ride, a rental car, or a loner vehicle, whenever extended service time was required. When the cause of this elusive vibration could not be isolated, Dick Norris then involved a General Motors Representative on my behalf. It was through his persistence and the expertise of his entire staff that I was able to replace my vehicle with an identical new model.
