I am a Colorado native and I started my career with INFINITI OF DENVER 15 years ago. I started off as a lot tech and then moved up to detail and eventually I moved into sales. I have been on the sales side for 8 years now and I am here to stay. One of the reasons I am here to stay is because I enjoy selling a quality product to my clients. I also enjoy the "family" of co-workers I have gotten to know over the last 18 years at INFINITI OF DENVER. Outside of work I enjoy traveling to different places, couple of my favorites being Miami & San Diego. I love spending time with my family and I have a passion for cooking. It is fascinating that Nate not only remembers his customers but he remembered the details for my last service several months ago! Needless to say Nate is always very professional and courteous. Fast service with a car wash and vacuum, very comfortable top-notch waiting area with coffee and cakes, everyone greets with a big smile… couldn’t ask for more, thank you! More

Excellent experience...from 1200 miles away. I am located in CIncinnati, OH and began my vehicle search at the beginning of May. After scouring the auto websites, I finally found a QX56 for my wi I am located in CIncinnati, OH and began my vehicle search at the beginning of May. After scouring the auto websites, I finally found a QX56 for my wife at Infiniti of Denver. I called and immediately spoke with Leshun Veasley. He was courteous, professional, and immediately offered to check on the status of the vehicle and to make sure it was still in inventory. Unlike many other dealers I had reached out to, Leshun immediately called back and confirmed that they still had it, offered to put the vehicle on hold and we began the process. During this time, I was asked if I had arranged financing. I had but as most dealers do, I was told by Leshun that they had very competitive rates and always hope to try to earn that business. I went ahead and submitted my loan app and received a call from Leshun and Chuck Thomas that they could indeed capture a better rate than I had already been given. I allowed them to submit to a few of their lenders, and by the next morning had received a call from Chuck that they had beaten my rate, by what I would consider a very good basis point amount. I've dealt with several dealerships over the past, and purchased a good amount of cars out of state, and this is the first time I had ever actually received deliverables in regards to items I was told about, upfront and as promised. They arranged shipping and had the vehicle to me within 2 days. The very last, and what I would consider confirmation of how the dealership operates on a customer experience and service level, is an issue with the vehicle upon receivership from the shipping company (did not happen while with the shipping company and was unknown to the dealership before it left their lot). Upon finding out, John Mathieson immediately took ownership of the situation and dealt with it with the utmost professionalism and again, with a keen eye on customer service. At this point, many dealerships typically write their customers off and do not look forward to the possibility of trying to keep this customer as one for life. Especially if they are located 1200 miles away. In closing, I would certainly recommend this dealership, Leshun, Chuck, Glenn, and John to anyone and everyone considering either an Infiniti or any vehicle on their lot, whether they are in Denver or a few thousand miles away! More

Amazing Staff Helpful and Excellent Service When we were first shopping for a car a few years back, I have always hated the process. I never looked forward to talking to the sales guys and feeli When we were first shopping for a car a few years back, I have always hated the process. I never looked forward to talking to the sales guys and feeling like they were just giving me the pitch. My husband and I looked at 10 dealerships over a weeks time and when we walked into Infiniti of Denver we got a whole different experience. We were greeted by LeShun and expressed we were just looking and doing research. LeShun provided his name and asked if we wanted something to drink. After getting us some water he said if we needed anything he would be right over there. To which I was almost flabbergasted he wasn't going to trail us around nipping at our heels. We ended up having a few questions and test drove a few cars. We said we needed to think about it. Which again, we were not pressured we were given the response of "please think about it and if you come up with any additional questions to not hesitate to reach out." We left, went to two other deals, ate dinner and then returned to purchase my first Infiniti. This was just the beginning. Since then I have now come back to LeShun for two other cars. Each time having a great, informational, fun and enjoyable experience. Who knew that after that one particular day of stumbling into the Infiniti of Denver were we to know that we were going to make a new friend. I have hardly any issues with my cars and if I ever had to bring into the service center it has always been a pleasant experience. From car rental, pick up/drop off service, lobby comfortably (when I choose to wait) and staff helpfulness. It has never been a "ugh I have to take my car in" experience. It always turns into a time where I take it in the staff and I joke and share stories and I and my car leave happy and feeling like new! Thank you so much for all your dedicated and professional service. I love the car(s) and I will always shop here for any of my car needs. More

Just dropped in (unannounced) for my 30K service...Infiniti of Denver got me in right away, loaned me a car and washed my vehicle. Everyone from my original sales person, the front desk, sales consultant to the owners treat their customers like they would want to be treated. I have purchased several cars from Infiniti of Denver and plan to continue in the future. Great job in a country where customer service has declined over the years!!! More

Leshun was a straight shooter from the get go, incredibly friendly, and absolutely knowledgable on the product he's selling. No one involved in the transaction was "pushy" and there was space to ask questions, get further information, and consider options. Walked though all the features and was never pushy. Guess he knew the car would sell itself. Raffi helped me out with a v shield add on even though my car was a 2008 and it was only suppose to be for 2009 and newer. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The only person that I thought didn't fit in was Becca (Raffi's assistant). She wasn't very friendly and semed like it was an inconvenience to help me with some paperwork I needed to fill out the day after and Raffi was out sick. Thanks again More
