Purchasing our 2026 RX 350 Hybrid from Lexus of Carlsbad was the best decision we could have made this year. We traded two vehicles in--one Lexus 2018 RX 350 -- and a 2021 Venza Hybrid and Carlsbad Lexus gave us the best trade-in price after comparing to three dealers, as well as private offers we received. Sales Manager, Samer Khoury, approved the price of the new vehicle and it was the best price received with research from three other dealerships in So. Cal. Samer told us his primary objective was to see us happy in the transaction/This team of professionals are incredibly knowledgeable and highly ethical, and they all did what they said they would do, considering we were required to do a log of work over the phone and prior to them seeing the trade-in vehicles. We also worked with Anthony Taing, Financial Manager, who was extremely knowledgeable who made the process extremely simple. We spoke with Haley several times and she helped a great deal with technology questions, and also we worked with Stephanie Lopez, Customer Relations Manager, who provided some advertising items to enable us to spread the word about our extra-ordinary service. Everyone we worked with at Lexus of Carlsbad were amazing, and we will be life-long customers and fans of this dealership. Vehicle: 2017 Lexus RX350 The vehicle developed an oil leak that was diagnosed by both an independent mechanic and a Lexus dealership as a rear main seal leak at approximately 76,940 miles. This dealer is terrible they are not ethical. They attempt to sell L/Certified cars that have damage and do not disclose the information to the public. A L/Certified to Lexus meant the car had he highest standards. In this dealership they do not let the customer know of the damage to take advantage. Avoid this dealership as they are terrible. This is the first Lexus dealership that I have encountered to be so bad. Look them up on BBB and you will see that they have a D- for rating. More

I’ve been calling them for weeks and leaving messages with the finance department to get a copy of my dealer contract. I haven’t received a call back or message from anyone. I purchased a "low milage" lexus from Lexus Carlsbad Within two thousand miles, I went in to another place for a tire rotation, I was told that the tires were over 10 year old and they could Carlsbad Within two thousand miles, I went in to another place for a tire rotation, I was told that the tires were over 10 year old and they could not be balanced or rotated! The car had only 40300 miles on it at the time. Next after spending money for new tires, I had to get a brake job. Seems that the brakes were severely worn. When I purchased the car, the sales person told me that it was in 100% shape and that the brakes had been inspected as well as the entire safety items on the car. Clearely I was LIED to by this dealership. More
