First time Kia Buyer Initially met with Stephanie online when I asked for pricing on some 2019 Optimas, which I was considering along with the 2019 Camry. She offered a ve Initially met with Stephanie online when I asked for pricing on some 2019 Optimas, which I was considering along with the 2019 Camry. She offered a very competitive offer and that, along with a "Holiday Special Offer" email from Kelly brought me in for a test drive. At that time I was introduced to Lester and Sam who were both top notch professionals! Everything was moving quickly and smoothly until the (MOD/GM?) told me that he would not honor the email offer that I brought in (although it was VERY clear and specific in its offering). Although I had to leave without a purchase, Lester brought me back later that afternoon, and he Sam, and I closed the deal; which I am very thankful for because I love my new car! More

Nightmare My 20 year old daughter purchased her first car from them in August 2018. We live in Alaska so were not able to go help her. She assured us she had My 20 year old daughter purchased her first car from them in August 2018. We live in Alaska so were not able to go help her. She assured us she had it all figured out.......She purchased the car at full sticker price and they talked her into Gap insurance and a service contract. Adding an additional 3,200 on to the car. The lender (Wells Fargo) allowed her to finance the car for more than it even appraised for! Long story short she could not afford the car and working with the lender we found out that the dealership Jim Marsh Kia had to take off the GAP insurance and the Service contract as required by law if requested. Once we requested they refund to the lender we started getting the run around. Krista at Jim Marsh stated that they paid the taxes in WY for the car which was near the value of the GAP and Service contract, of which they could not produce any proof of and I have NEVER heard of before. It has now been 4 months since we requested the refund to the Lender for the GAP and Service Contract and they will not return calls. We are waiting until those are reimbursed by the lender to sell the car at a loss to get her out from under it. Bottom line know what you are doing if you go into that place because they will try to screw you out of every dime you have. This issue is STILL not resolved. My daughter made a mistake by being talked into a car she could not afford. She is taking ownership and not defaulting on the loan but trying to get out of it. It would be nice if Jim Marsh would take some ownership and fulfill their responsibilities as outlined by law. Update Paid back GAP insurance....well part of it still shorted us $85.00. More
