Our salesperson feels like a friend, as we have been using him for about 3 years now. And we have now purchased five vehicles through him. The finance team is fantastic! They are quick and thorough in their explanations very helpful if you have any questions. Love my salesman and my finance persons friendliness and enthusiasm, and their thoroughness and the effort that they go to to make sure that we are super happy with our purchases. Horrible service especially from the finance department. I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I was pulled over and given a warning by State Trooper that it was illegal to have a temporary tag for an extended period of time. Finally on the day I received my tags I had to contact and have the Cedar Park police present to have my tags given to me as promised the day before. I do NOT recommend having any dealings with this car dealership More
