Bob was super to work with, real gentleman, flexible, courteous, patient, all around 5 stars for Bob and the dealership as a whole. I shopped around quite a bit, Bob offered the best deal in the area. Finance and management people were a charm to work with, have to single out Alan and Liam as very efficient and super pleasure to work with. Now if Alan can make his new computer screen swivel it would be beyond outstanding.. Good work guys. More

Like being with family Bought a Camry over the weekend. This is my 5th Toyota and my first time at this dealership. My best and most comfortable time ever. Friendly and honest and very helpful with your interest in mind. Everything taken care of. I highly recommend this dealer and want to stop in just to say hello. The sales manager Liam Tully could not be nicer as I dealt with George Paonessa a sales consultant. All the paper work and finance was done by Alan Nadler and I left understanding everything completely. My purchase was a 3 year lease. More

Every question I had was answered professionally and accurately by George, Liam and Alan. During discussions, one the partners, Kenny Hicks, also came by to see how things were progressing. He runs a beautiful dealership with a great staff. Would go back just to visit the staff. Purchased a new car without any red tape in a day. George Paonessa and Liam Tully were top notch explaining the car I was interested in with their knowledge of the car to fit my specific needs. George handled a lot of the paperwork, including the insurance transfer, etc. Liam, the general manager was also very knowledgeable and efficient. George explained the bells and whistles on my new car so I could familiarize myself with them before pickup. The finance person, Alan Nadler consummated the details of the financing process and explained everything, i.e., payments, etc. After signing papers on the pickup day, I was on my way home with my new automobile. All in all, they were all terrific and very customer oriented. Thanks, Guys More

By the end of our conversation with Rob Boyle, we were happily purchasing a RAV4. In fact we bought two! Rob, Liam and Alan are understanding, compassionate and amazing car salesmen. great experience, quick and professional service. This dealership became rivera toyota about two weeks ago and so when my mom was ready to get a new car I figured we would give it a try. Before when i This dealership became rivera toyota about two weeks ago and so when my mom was ready to get a new car I figured we would give it a try. Before when it was toyota north it was awful, higher prices than any other toyota dealer and just run down in general. In two weeks the dealership looks much better, has a seating area with snacks and water while you wait. Very friendly to kids; no one likes having to take their kids car shopping, but it was wonderful that our sales person George Paonessa was ready with two coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied. George was very professional, thorough, and not pushy at all. He went through everything with my mother so she can understand every aspect of a lease (as it is her first lease experience). He also patiently went through all of the different models of the car and explained what features each had. He asked relevant questions to get a sense of the driver to match them with the perfect car and features. The managers Liam Tully and Angelo Formisano that calculated the pricing were very fair, I didnt feel like there was much negotiating necessary, there were no games like at some dealerships where they first quote very high and if you complain they will take a little bit off, and so on. During the finance portion of the purchase we met with Alan Nadler and he was very knowledgable and remedied any problems quickly and easily. I have leased many cars personally and this was hands down the fastest most pleasant experience I have had... and it wasnt even for me! It was 4 hours start to finish, and that included test driving, looking at four different models, the credit process etc. they installed a remote starter and the car was ready the next day. Pickup was very smooth, in and out in 30 mins. George even had the car running so it wouldnt be scolding hot when my mother was ready to drive off the lot. The plates were transferred before we finished signing paperwork and George helped transfer all of my mothers belongings to her new car and that was it! I have had experiences at other dealerships where pickup was 2 1/2 hours long! More
