Within 2 minutes of driving into the service lane, someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Ralph was extremely friendly, professional and he greeted me with a warm and sincere smile. He let me know what other services were due for my van based on the current mileage and allowed me to make a decision about what I wanted to do without pressuring me. I am very pleased and impressed with the service I have received today. Thank you! I'm happy I came to this dealership for service. More

Utterly terrible service center. Per their service director they're two days behind. Don't expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner nor even looked at. They're running a part time service director they're two days behind. Don't expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner nor even looked at. They're running a part time service center and a full time parking lot. Hands down one of the worst experiences at a service center. They single handly make you reconsider owning an FCA product. No timely follow up from the service writers either. Surprised FCA still let's them operate. More
