Simple and hassle free The moment I walked in I was greeted by someone. I had made an appointment and told them who I was. Luis, the salesman came out and he had the car I w The moment I walked in I was greeted by someone. I had made an appointment and told them who I was. Luis, the salesman came out and he had the car I wanted to look at ready to go. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I decided to Lease the car I test drove. Luis and I discussed and came to a reasonable price. There was no hassling and he didn't pressure me to make a final decision that day. I made my decision after a couple days. I needed a cosigner and Luis was very helpful in facilitating help with all of that as my cosigner lived in another state and Luis sent the lease overnight to get it signed etc. Luis and First Chrysler were great in helping my lease my new car. I couldn't be happier. More

They made the buying process easy I worked with Jim one of the sales reps. He was very kind and was honest. They made the whole buying process easy. I went to Station Jeep in Mansfield and they gave me a extremely great deal but First Jeep in North Attleboro matched it as well, gave me more money off and more money for my trade. They definitely care about their customer service. Only thing I do not like Is how they do not offer free oil changes for a year or two when buying a new car from them. They offer you one free one but that's it. They try bundling a bunch of unnecessary services with a free oil change for a certain price each time but It is just a way for them to make money. Regardless I will go to Firestone for my oil changes. But at the end of the day everything else was pretty good. More
