No regular communication from service writer letting you know whether your part is in or not. Customer Service Manager didn't explain that if you drop off your car to be repaired it wont be until after the know whether your part is in or not. I had been that I could have the truck brought in on Tuesday and they might be able to do a diagnostic test sometime that week but they might not be able to repair until the next week.
