The friendliness of the staff was good. However, I was very disappointed that the staff did not offer to secure a second keyless start fab for me. I have never bought a car where we didn't However, I was very disappointed that the staff did not offer to secure a second keyless start fab for me. I have never bought a car where we didn't get a second key. Also, this is the first car in the last 30 years that I have purchased that didn't have a full tank of gas when it was finally turned over to me. It seems to me that if a private party is going to pay 30K for a car the least the dealership could do is give the buyers two keys and a tank of gas. Also, I didn't like that the inside features of the car were not explained to us. Some basics were covered but not enough in my opinion. More

the dealer sold a vw golf with 142000 miles on it with the original timing belt in it , vw calls for it to be replaced at 120000 , the poor buyer will replacing the engine soon due to the dishonest sales the original timing belt in it , vw calls for it to be replaced at 120000 , the poor buyer will replacing the engine soon due to the dishonest sales from Chippewa valley Mazda they knew it was overdue and would ruin vehicle when it fails and still sold it More
