Great people, facilities, and prices. We did our research and found our perfect car, but were hesitant about having to go to a dealer. Garavel dispelled that. Logan and Jose did their jobs well and were exceptional. The atmosphere of the office was great; I could get work done while I waited and have breakfast, too. Finally the price was just right, no haggling necessary. Garavel was recommended by friends and now I see why! We look forward to returning for regular maintenance. More

No pressure sales process ... happy wth our Impreza Sport We started our car search at Gavavel Subaru. Conroy Johnson, our Sales Representative, took us on a test drive in a used Impreza Sport wagon with 37K We started our car search at Gavavel Subaru. Conroy Johnson, our Sales Representative, took us on a test drive in a used Impreza Sport wagon with 37K on it. This test drive and Conroy's explanations convinced me an Impreza wagon would fit the bill for me ... good MPG, AWD, hatchback, good CR rating, IPhone compatible, and comfortable. However, I wanted to comparison shop. So off we went to look at other dealers. A few days later, Conroy called us to let us know that they had more used Impreza wagons. So we made an appointment to see Conroy a few hours later. We ended up purchasing a certified used 2015 Impreza Sport with about 22K miles on it. It had a good Carfax, had been leased from Garavel, and had been serviced at Garavel. The sales process with Conroy Johnson was smooth with no pressure. When we picked the Impreza up the next day, Tom Nerreau, the Business Manager, took us through our "options" with clear explanations of why we might want them ... again no pressure. Net, net ... It was a good experience at Garavel AND we are happy with our Impreza Sport wagon. More

Wonderfully safe cars, and Garavel is honest and fair in the areas I have worked with them, service and pre-owned car sales. They took the time to find what we needed and priced fairly for the market, then really stepped up to prepare and deliver in a short time frame. Having spent two decades working in sales, it's pretty clear to me when folks know their business. And the team at Garavel are pro's. Joe was a great salesman, friendly, a listener, and (most importantly) knowledgable about his product. He and Logan were a great team given how smoothly the negotiation and delivery went. Tom in the business office got all the paperwork wrapped up quickly and cleanly. He was able to answer all of our questions, and he gave us straight answers. He let us take our time. There was no pressure at all. It was clear he believed in the car he was selling us and in the company he was working for. The rest of the team, including Logan and some other fellows whose names I can't recall (a personal fault of mine) were equally professional, courteous and helpful. Net, net, this is a good place to meet good people looking to help you find a good car. More
