Vincent or Vinny in finance, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. He told me I had to put 15k down to even get the car, two seconds later it’s now 10k, five minutes later it’s now 6k? Where are they g untrustworthy. He told me I had to put 15k down to even get the car, two seconds later it’s now 10k, five minutes later it’s now 6k? Where are they getting these very different numbers from when I have a pre approval 30k over the listed price of the car from my bank? My husband and I have bought about 10 cars, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Vincent shouldn’t work in customer service if he’s going to lie everytime he opens his mouth. Mind you I was pre financed before even walking in, and left with the car with ZERO dollars down with my bank as planed. Don’t trust a word this dealership says take your business literally anywhere else. They catch you with low listings to then add 7k in extra charges that they will not tell you about, pay attention because they will do anything to distract you. I ask for a break down why did Vincent refuse to sit the paper on the desk and just kept waving it around. The sales associates are no better they’ll tell you whatever lies finances tells them to say. Logan is no better, he told me 15k down then when I talked to him later he told me “yes I know that was crazy, I just tell you what they tell me” don’t trust anyone. Worked with Logan in the past and he's what brought us to the Leesburg location. Professional, knowledgeable, he was never pushy and always makes us feel at ease when deciding on big commitment such as purch the Leesburg location. He was quick to respond when we contacted him about making a purchase. Upon our arrival, he already had pulled up the vehicle we were interested in for us to test drive, and was informative with everything we needed to know about the vehicle and other options. Vinny did his best to work out numbers in order to accommodate our transition from getting out of a lease to making a purchase, and MJ made the closing transaction as smooth as possible going above and beyond to explain the details in the loan contract and worked out the best possible interest rate Overall, we are happy with the whole experience! The buying process was great. No pressure sales which was nice. The process sort of fell apart in the Finance dept the second day. He was rude & annoyed because apparently the guy we worked with the first day did incorrect paperwork & blamed me for signing as though it was a cash deal. I came with my ore approval from Fairwinds so I had no idea it was "incorrect" paperwork. Eventually he calmed down but his attitude was the reason for the slightly lowered score. More

I am very satisfied with Stephan, Marc and the team at CDJR. They were all very respectful and knowledgeable giving me the proper tools to make the right decision, which clearly was a Tesla Model Y. Logan was great-even answered a text that I sent on his day off! In person, Logan was so helpful answering our questions. Also worked with another Sales Manager that really helped push the deal through that we wanted. I’m so sorry that I don’t know his name. The folks at the dealership were friendly and responsive. Looks like they have a great service area also - love the cafe idea. We like that the dealership is close by for future servicing needs. Vinny in Finance was also very good to work with. We ended up leaving with the vehicle we wanted on the same day of purchase. More
