Hey everyone!! My name is Logan, Oregon born and raised, lover of performance vehicles and an addict to Dutch Bros. Coffee. My journey through the automotive industry started when I was a lot attendant/ service porter for a Bayerische Motoren Werke (BMW for short) dealership. From there I worked my way from a valet, to a call center representative, and to where I am today! When I’m not working I’m keeping up on what’s new in sports (Go Blazers!), looking to stay active whether it be shooting hoops at a park or working out at a gym, or on my Xbox getting into random shenanigans with friends on there. I enjoyed the people with whom I worked very much. ..both on a personal and professional level. They got me an even better deal than I thought I would get and spent all the time with me I needed to fin ..both on a personal and professional level. Installation of a couple of accessories a couple weeks later went extremely smoothly and was well done. More

So was not happy about my previous crosstrek needing two clutch replacements under 34k miles You took care of the first for free Thank you that was at 9k miles Both my wife and I are seasoned drivers o clutch replacements under 34k miles You took care of the first for free Thank you that was at 9k miles Both my wife and I are seasoned drivers of manual shift so I believe that car was defective and we no longer trust it Once I got to Adam we were able to do a nice deal to trade it out for the newer automatic I do have to say most of the people I talked to we’re helpful to their capacity But a couple were really aggressive about the issue not being covered and really failed to address the low mileage and the fact it happened twice I’ve been in customer support for 30yrs I would never entertain someone like that working with or for me However everyone else was top notch More

In a new car market where inventory is slim Jim went out of his way to get the make, model, trim level and even color we wanted via d our exceptions.
