I scheduled service for my Ford F-450 pickup at a day and time convenient for me. The service team completed the work promptly. The waiting area is comfortable. Two things I want changed could not be done. These are, apparently, engineering and/or software issues with Ford proper and not the responsibility of the local dealership. Four stars is a high and well-deserved rating. I reserve five stars for those rare occasions when somebody extends themselves well beyond expectation to help me do something. I had a scheduled service appointment on 9/12/23 when I arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she wa arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she was busy doing was running her mouth. Then I employee can in & told me to move my car my car was parked in a service customer parking spot, the employees are rude. I ended up speaking to the general manager Julian he was a passive aggressive jerk who kept talking over me & wouldn't let me get a word in because he knew everything I was telling him was correct I see now why the dealership is a xxxx show because the GM is jerk and he's rude as xxxx you cannot have a conversation with him he just speaks over you & doesn't listen to anything you have to say this is my second horrible experience at this dealership avoid this place at all costs & defiantly don't buy a vehicle from this place you will regret it Julian you need to be fired your are unprofessional, & rude I also filed a complaint with Fords corporate office , & with Fords service executive team which lowers your service rating & effects your bonuses Ford Bellingham sucks More

dropped my truck off for warranty repairs that I thought would take weeks. I got a call two days later saying the truck was fixed and they were just test driving it again to make sure everything was good. T would take weeks.
