It’s rare these days to find someone who treats customers with that level of respect and effort, but Lou absolutely does. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness stood out at every step. Because of him, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Lou sets the standard for what customer service should be. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough—he deserves more. More
