Purchasing was the most painful process I have bought a number of new cars and am very accustomed to the purchasing process, but with a number, car and color agreed upon ahead of time, the p I have bought a number of new cars and am very accustomed to the purchasing process, but with a number, car and color agreed upon ahead of time, the pick up and finalizing of paperwork took more than 5.5 hours. There were mistakes made on the financial forms, delays for every aspect of the leasing process and no apparent effort made to expedite the task after a clear need to wrap things up in under 4 hours was expressed (I had to call into my employer because of the extreme delay). Do not buy your car from them because the few dollars they may save you on the quote is not enough to cover the time and effort at actually driving the car out of the lot! More
