First and foremost THANK YOU. I hadn't purchsed a car since I gratuated from college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I had the oppurtunity to work with Ryan Meegan and Lucas Kielar and I couldn't since I gratuated from college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I had the oppurtunity to work with Ryan Meegan and Lucas Kielar and I couldn't have been easier or happier with the experience. I work in sales myself and I found it very refreshing to work with people that value a positive customer experience. Both Ryan and Lucas were beyone helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hate to say it but I find this harder and harder to find and did not have similiar experiences at other dealerships. I was looking to upgrade my current vechile and needless to say many people had a preconceived notion and attitude when working with me. My Husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and look forward to working with Ryan and Lucas again in the years to come. More

In the past I have always been excited when purchasing a new car, but dreaded the actual ordeal of purchasing a car and going through stereotypical pushiness that comes associated with going through a deale new car, but dreaded the actual ordeal of purchasing a car and going through stereotypical pushiness that comes associated with going through a dealership. My perception of this has done a 180 degree turn after purchasing a car yesterday from Lucas Kielar at Audi Exchange in Highland Park. After researching cars and finding a good match, I walked into Audi Exchange preparing to go to battle making sure I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want, and offered a ridiculously bad price. I couldn't have been more wrong, instead I was greeted with a friendly attitude, an extremely knowledgeable salesman that answered ALL of my questions, and.... I was presented with all of my options in terms of vehicle and features versus attempting to push me into something that would make him/ the dealer the most margin. I walked out the dealership with a car I absolutely love at a very fair price, and was treated with respect the whole time. When the time comes to purchase again I can't see going to another dealer, or not working with Lucas again. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. GREAT overall experience! More

Lucas Kielar was our primary dealer. He is very friendly, not pushy, and very helpful throughout the process. When the car arrived, Lucas spent over 45 minutes taking us through the operation of the vehicle and all of the electronics/interface. He was knowledgeable and gracious. Additionally, between the time our car was ordered and it arrived, bank interest rates increased by almost a point. Lucas was a wonderful salesperson. I never once felt pressure to buy the car as I usually do from other dealers. He was extremely kind and patient. He showed me everything that would help me to decide on what type of car was best for me to buy. Lucas really knows his cars-especially Audis! After our visit and my visiting other dealerships:Mercedes and BMW there was no question that I was sold on the Audi because of Lucas's knowledge and the to e he took with me. He actually gave me his cell phone, if I had any questions before I bought the car! After I bought the car, the quality of customer service that Lucas provided was beyond impressive! Every time I texted him within 30 seconds he answered me. My kids don't even respond to me nearly that quickly. If you are in the market for a wonderful car and an honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable salesman then go see Lucas Kielar at the Audi exchange in Highland Park! More

My experience with this dealer was great from moment i walked in. I had a couple of people asked me if i needed help and also i liked the fact that they trust you to take car for test drive by your self walked in. I had a couple of people asked me if i needed help and also i liked the fact that they trust you to take car for test drive by your self. Lucas the salesperson was fast in taking our information and getting us approved, we probably were there for an hour and thats including test drive, and getting all paper work done. I definitely recommend them. More

My recent experience buying an A-5 cabrio from Lucas at the Audi exchange is the best overall sales e have owned Mercedes, Bentley, Ferrari and Audi. My recent experience buying an A-5 cabrio from Lucas at the Audi exchange is the best overall sales experience I have had. Lucas kept us informed as to status as the car made its way from Germany to Chicago; emailed us pictures as soon as it arrived at the dealership, spent loads of time going over all of the functions with my wife (her car) and me, and was so POLITE! He has called twice to follow-up, and last week, when I had my Q-7 in for service, Lucas found out about it and called me to ask if he could help in any way. Extraordinary. Audi, the Audi Exchange and Lucas are all top notch. More
