Luigi was great to work with,very knowlageable and answered all our questions. if he didnot know an answer to a particular question,he would find out right away. Luigi was comical with putting up wit answered all our questions. if he didnot know an answer to a particular question,he would find out right away. Luigi was comical with putting up with my bad jokes and my wifes batering with me back and forth!He was very proffesional and organized! we enjoyed our time there and will be back for the service. AHHH one more thing, You got to fix that D@#N intercom system... its too loud and cant understand a word being said! it sounds like your in a grocery store for a price check or something or an farm auction! Jim and I bought a Buick envision. Luigi Was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car. And could answer all our questions. Fantastic experience! Luigi and Bob did an excellent job putting this deal together quickly. I feel like I got a great price. When they realized this vehicle didn’t have remote start as listed on CarGurus, putting this deal together quickly. I feel like I got a great price. When they realized this vehicle didn’t have remote start as listed on CarGurus, they put it on before I picked it up. They worked with me when there was a slight issue with the trade in title as well. The man that helped with the financing was wonderful as well but he isn’t one of the guys listed. I think many times, women would be intimidated doing this on their own. This was not the case at all for me! I’d totally recommend this dealership. More
