Bought 2018 Murano from the dealership and it was a terrible experience then. Thankfully no issues with the car but didn't drive it much. Wanted to sell and got price from carmax ($31k) KBB dealer as ( terrible experience then. Thankfully no issues with the car but didn't drive it much. Wanted to sell and got price from carmax ($31k) KBB dealer as (Hyundia and Honda Newnan $30k) and then went to Nissan of Newan's site for trade in value. All the info, 11 photos and then final offer $29,650. Carmax is far and a zoo so took it to Nissan. Got a kick offer for $29k. Acted like I was crazy when I asked for $29.5. Took $29k and hourish later was all wrapped up. Bill of sale and will get a check when loan payoff clears. Ok. Get a call two hours later that I need to take $26k if I want to complete the process. They have my car in their possession. Said the paperwork had the wrong trim level and that I should have known better then take the deal. Used car manager Louis doesn't give a xxxx and when I explained even if the trim level was written wrong on their paperwork it is still a good offer given their site's estimate and three other offers. I'm told they'd be happy to see me take my business elsewhere and glad I got a better offer somewhere else. Then told I better get my car. Complete waste of time and none of it makes sense except they are just trying to squeeze money out of a final sale. Can't jeopardize those idiots not paying existing loan off and getting me a check though so now need to waste more time going back tomorrow. I've purchased several Infiniti's and this is second Nissan. Would have likely been a future customer. Lot of xxxxxxxx from these fools. More

The classic bait and switch. They posted a price online then changed it as you drive in. Within 24 hours they changed the price four times, basically increasing the agreed upon price to squeeze as much as then changed it as you drive in. To add their "manager" Luis is extremely rude, made it feel like buying a car off this dealership was a privilege and I should be so lucky to get the chance to spend my money here. Kudos to their salesman Andrew M for being pleasant during this process. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. Overall, this was a terrible experience, not at all professional. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here. More

I have experience about trade in first time. They were good explaining to me about it. My husband took his car for service. Very clean shop, Josh, the service advisor was very nice and helpful and Eddy, the mechanic pleasant as well. I dealt with Brad Bright, a sales person inside..didn't Josh, the service advisor was very nice and helpful and Eddy, the mechanic pleasant as well. CJ is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. He made a horrible situation so much better and was very patient with me. I came looking at a car prices 16,500, the first offer they brought was just shy of 22,000. Holy smokes. $2800 reconditioning fee added, a $1200 doc fee added, and even a $129 fee for things they adde they brought was just shy of 22,000. Holy smokes. $2800 reconditioning fee added, a $1200 doc fee added, and even a $129 fee for things they added to the car while it was on the lot. Those are things that the dealership incurs as a business, they’re also included in the advertised price of the car. The 16,500 includes those. That’s actually something the Georgia consumer protection agency regulates. If they have 3,000 in dealer fees it’s either a 13,500 car listed at 16,500 OR it should be listed as a 19,500 car. This is as shady and xxxxxxx as it gets. Unless you’re experienced in car buying avoid these guys. Salesman was nice and friendly though. More
