I think it’s ridiculous that I had to go behind a professional tech and show them proof that it was overfilled.

"Buyer Beware".
This dealership sold me a used car that blew the engine head gaskets less than 3,000 miles later most likely due to a crack in the radiator. Clearly
This dealership sold me a used car that blew the engine head gaskets less than 3,000 miles later most likely due to a crack in the radiator. Clearly, no engine pressure tests were done prior to the sale, even though they claim their mechanics check used cars thoroughly prior to a sale. Management basically shrugged their shoulders, could care less.
I had to invest another $6000 dollars to replace the engine and radiator into an $8700 dollar car. I will never do business with Phil Long Hyundai again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Your purchase was on July 11th 2025 and this was not brought to our attention until December of 2025. Had the radiator been cracked at time of purchase, all the fluid would have leaked out in a 24 hour period or your engine would have over-heated. Cracked radiators can come from road debris coming through the grille, an impact to the front of the car, even a minor one where not much damage is present on the front, or can rarely crack due to time. We do not feel we sold you a bad car. Phil Long sells 10,000+ quality used cars each calendar year, and we also send 10,000 BAD cars to the auctions each year as well. We have no interest in selling bad cars. We are sorry for the situation that happened to you and your car.

It was found out that a piece was missing-after 30 minutes of the two trying to find the missing piece, there was not an additional solution offered-no we will order the piece, and come back in to fix, no we will order the piece and send it to you-just a-we'll shoot, we tried' attitude.
