My buying process was simplified by the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted, but it is worth noting that Linda and their team did not at any point take advantage of the fact that the only car in the entire Midwest that fit my exacting demands was at their dealership. These guys are a class act, I can't recommend them highly enough. More

Every rep here at VW burnsville has a positive vibe and has an interest in getting to know you on a personal level. I cannot speak highly enough of my sales guy Adam who was about as top notch as it gets. The guy was helped me locate an impossible car to buy when I had tried to pre-order through Westside VW in Minneapolis. I end up not getting my pre-order for whatever reason, but Adam was able to secure my current 2015 fully loaded Golf R and I haven't been more happy about owning a vehicle. Seriously. These guys are the best. I waited for an alignment that was supposed to take 2 hours but only took 1.5. They did a free car wash for me too :D More

The only complaint I have is that the online service website continues to show a service advisor who also gave great service, but who hasn't worked there for several years since the dealership was located on Cliff Road (Borie). What is with that?!! I am always worried I am somehow using an outdated website! More
