This dealership is run by children. Brought my car to do a trade in and the deal did not got thru so when i asked for my key back they could not find it. They lost my 400 key to my mustang and didnt give a a trade in and the deal did not got thru so when i asked for my key back they could not find it. They lost my 400 key to my mustang and didnt give a crap. I had to come back multiple times and talk to many different people to get them to agree to pay for my key. They absolutely do not respect your time. So after having to twist some arms they told me they would pay for it (still saying they dont think they are at fault even though the guy i gave the key to admitted it in front of all of them multiple times) to get it made cause only ford can do it and bring them the bill. I did so and then the games started. I was expecting to be paid right away as they led me to believe but obviously that would be imposible just cause. Well is been 4 months and i used to call everyday trying to get ahold of the guy who took my reciepts but obviously im not buying a car so im not very important just like many of the "managers" that worked there let me know. I wouldnt buy air from these people if it was the last left on the planet. More

Good save from a slow start Buying a new truck can be an exhausting experience! After visiting several other Chevy Dealerships and leaving disappointed in one case, and angry at Buying a new truck can be an exhausting experience! After visiting several other Chevy Dealerships and leaving disappointed in one case, and angry at the dishonest treatment in the other case, my expectations admittedly were low coming to Miami Lakes Auto Mall. I met with a salesperson who was just starting his career. I told him that a test drive was unnecessary, because I already test drove the type of truck at another dealership and was satisfied. All we needed to do was to agree on a price, and I would buy. He was very friendly, but obviously very green, needing to check with the manager three times during the course of my visit, ending with a price that was way higher than my expectations, but in line with some other dealers. We shook hands and I left for greener pastures. The following day, my wife received a phone call from Nathaly with Internet Sales to ask about my experience, and why I left without buying a truck. My wife relayed the story to her as I described above. Nathaly asked my wife to let her look over the numbers one last time to see if we can still make a deal. Shortly thereafter, she called back with an excellent price that made our toes tingle! I called Nathaly to confirm the model truck and installed options, and soon was on my way to check out the vehicle. Nathaly put the paperwork together for a salesman and made sure the truck was in front, waiting for my inspection when I arrived around 6:30 pm. She was leaving at 6:00 pm, but wanted to make the transition smoth for the salesman, Rhodlyn Bruno. When I arrived, Rhodlyn greeted me and showed me the truck. Everything was as expected, so we went inside to go through the paperwork. Rhodlyn was professional, knowledgeable and courteous My experience with him was quite enjoyable, as he was very concerned about everything going smoothly and meeting all my needs. After a pleasant meeting with Mark in Finance, I was the proud owner of a new Silverado pickup! I am very pleased with my experience after a slow start. More
