Great service and very satisfied with my first service center experience with my new Telluride! Luis Neverez was an absolute life saver in getting everything sorted out so I was able to get my windows tin center experience with my new Telluride! Luis Neverez was an absolute life saver in getting everything sorted out so I was able to get my windows tinted (included in the sale deal the day I got the Telluride) the same day as my scheduled service and recall check that way I didn't have to haul in my two kiddos again. Service center was quiet and calm and my 4 year old slept for the duration of my service time! I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they protected my new car from any potential spots from the workers and that my car came back in tip top shape. More

Spoke with Luis last week and was very clear in what I was looking for along with price. I also was very clear that if it wasn’t possible to not waste my time (or their time). He stated, come on in. When was looking for along with price. I also was very clear that if it wasn’t possible to not waste my time (or their time). He stated, come on in. When I got there the dealership seemed unaware of what I was looking for and had shared with him. When they shared their offers they couldn’t come to the price he stated they could do. So my point here is, don’t waste your time talking with Luis as what he says he can do vs what management can do don’t align. Go work with another sales manager who is honest and won’t waste your time! More

This is the second vehicle we got at this dealership. We traded in our Stinger GT2 for an EV6. And, since we were totally new to the all electric world of cars, Luis Nevarez took his time explaining the We traded in our Stinger GT2 for an EV6. And, since we were totally new to the all electric world of cars, Luis Nevarez took his time explaining the features and had me take it out for a test drive. He also handled the "wheeling and dealing" which goes with trading in and I must say we were impressed with his friendly, no hassle and no pressure dealing like we've encountered at other dealerships. This made for a smooth and pleasant arrangement. I must say that he was a big factor in our evaluation and decision to trade in. I've already given his name to a friend who may soon be looking into the EV6 after he saw ours. The dealership itself was easily accessible from the highway with sufficient parking. The showroom floor was clean, spacious with a nice assortment of vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership. More
