This dealership was terrible. Saleman did an okay job but then it went downhill. The very young so called finance manager (I paid cash for 2 vehicles) asked for my email 7 separat Saleman did an okay job but then it went downhill. The very young so called finance manager (I paid cash for 2 vehicles) asked for my email 7 separate times. They told me they would deliver the vehicles full of fuel. They came totally empty. Then they said my check bounced. When I explained that was not possible they changed the story to their system didn't accept it. I was fed up and told them to come get the vehicles and low and behold they learned how to deposit a check. Then there were more calls as if selling a vehicle is new to this place. Terrible service. Terrible attitude from the finance manager. Will never do business with any of the Morgan dealerships again. More

Luis said he would come down on the price of the car and charged me full price. He was also instructed by my assistant to run the numbers past him first before any final decisions were made and didn't do th charged me full price. All in all he gave me the shank and took full advantage of me not having any cat buying knowledge. I will never do business with Hyundai of Fort Meyers ever again. More
