During your visit, our technician completed a digital vehicle inspection, including a video documenting the condition of your vehicle. The video clearly shows the wear present on the front brake rotors, which is why front brake service was recommended. While your concern was a squeak from the rear of the vehicle, it is not uncommon for an inspection to identify additional maintenance or safety-related items that also require attention. We understand you chose to have the rear brakes serviced elsewhere, and we're glad your immediate concern was resolved. However, the recommendation for the front brakes was based on the documented condition of those components at the time of our inspection, not on the source of the squeak.
