Hello! My name is Luke Crandall. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN, and now have a nice little home in Bluffton with my wife, our three corgis, and our bearded dragon. I live and breathe by my passion of baseball with my favorite team being the 27-time world champions, the New York Yankees (I bleed pinstripes). I’ve been with the Kelley Automotive Group since May of 2023. I was a technician in the automotive service industry for around 6 years before transitioning to the sales side. I found a super rare 2015 Honda Accord Coupe V6 with a 6-speed manual transmission at Kelley’s in Decatur. Vehicle was in almost perfect condition considering the age and mileage. I got a KILLER deal from 6-speed manual transmission at Kelley’s in Decatur. Vehicle was in almost perfect condition considering the age and mileage. We began looking for a mini van and thought the whole process was going to be long, brutal, and annoying. Little upset with them— the maintenance crew shined the tires— but neglected to tell me the wires were coming out of the tires. We had a great experience at Kelley Auto Mall of Decatur. Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on A Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on Auto Trader located at Kelley in Decatur. We e-mailed to ask if it was still available and to our surprise got a response about 9:05 PM! Pretty good service for 10:05 PM their time on a Saturday night! Luke called first thing Monday morning and answered all our questions. We drove 240 miles to Decatur to look at the truck. It was perfect and they gave us a fantastic deal (I mean I am still floored by it), including our trade-in allowance. It was a 500-mile round trip in 2 deg weather and we would do it again in a heartbeat to work with Luke and Kelley Auto again. They were great to us. More
