Hello! My name is Luke Crandall. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN, and now have a nice little home in Bluffton with my wife, our three corgis, and our bearded dragon. I live and breathe by my passion of baseball with my favorite team being the 27-time world champions, the New York Yankees (I bleed pinstripes). I’ve been with the Kelley Automotive Group since May of 2023. I was a technician in the automotive service industry for around 6 years before transitioning to the sales side. We had a great experience at Kelley Auto Mall of Decatur. Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on A Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on Auto Trader located at Kelley in Decatur. We e-mailed to ask if it was still available and to our surprise got a response about 9:05 PM! Pretty good service for 10:05 PM their time on a Saturday night! Luke called first thing Monday morning and answered all our questions. We drove 240 miles to Decatur to look at the truck. It was perfect and they gave us a fantastic deal (I mean I am still floored by it), including our trade-in allowance. It was a 500-mile round trip in 2 deg weather and we would do it again in a heartbeat to work with Luke and Kelley Auto again. They were great to us. More

Adrienne Evans was great to work with, she really worked hard for me. I was a bit disappointed by the finance process as I didn’t feel it was fully explained to us in enough detail and the rep focused on mo hard for me. Luke Crandall and his Sales Manager, Nathan Huges, were great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, and never "high pressure". Even when didn't have an immediate answer, both were always transparent that they needed to get more information, and were timely getting answers back. I deal with sales associates from various industries nearly every day, both in and out of work. I can tell within a few minutes if a sales associate is someone I trust to be honest and upfront, or if I am being fed a 'line". Needless to say, when the time comes to buy again, Luke or Nathan will be the first I would call. More

Our salesman had terrible follow through and we chased him down to make the sale. It’s doesn’t seem like Kelley cares about selling people cars. The most they wanted to sell was the warranty stuff at the him down to make the sale. It’s doesn’t seem like Kelley cares about selling people cars. Yes I was the impatient one at the end demanding they make this transaction speedy, I don’t have time for all the salesman talk, nor the patience for it. The only reason we buy from Kelley is the car wash feature and if it wasn’t for that feature, I WOULD definitely shop around elsewhere. More
