I have never been fond of purchasing vehicles due to poor experiences with sales reps and their ability to try and manipulate/push customers into sales. Matt was the exact opposite and the entire team at Mazda. We didn't feel pressured, hounded, or uncomfortable at all. Matt and his team were very humble and it was truly a great experience.
