Horrible. They say if your vehicle is over 10 years old that GM won’t back them up on parts. What shop needs backup? Sad. In for recall. As drove out of lot, plastic frame around mirror mount on windshield was hanging off, interior light was hanging out of roof. I was able to fix thes As drove out of lot, plastic frame around mirror mount on windshield was hanging off, interior light was hanging out of roof. I was able to fix these quickly. Rear view mirror was vibrating loosely unlike prior to service Called and left message with advisor on the way home and never received return call. Further examination when arrived home showed grease prints on both a-pillar handles and faint prints throughout headliner. About two days later stopped by to show advisor and he reported no adjustment for mirror but felt unlikely from service. In mean time buzzing noted over passenger window when driving. Unfortunately, contracted covid at work and was out of pocket. After recovery, contacted advisor and set up appointment with some discussion where told mirror could not be from service. Picked up today with buzzing repaired but nothing addressed with mirror and offer to allow me to speak with service manager. I chose not to at that time as felt there was no support to remedy the issue. On arrival home I looked over grease spots and found more under sun shades with new gap at attachment of drivers sun shade and plastic of rear view mirror. I decided to return and address with Mr Jones. After showing these issues to Mr Jones and reporting there was no grease when vehicle dropped for recall and rear view mirror was not vibrating I was told his employees do not work with that type of grease and could not have possibly done that. Also, he had done more than 300 repairs including 3 that day and never had a problem. Insinuating there was no way these things were a result of of the recall service and that I was wrong or lying. I am acutely aware of the condition of my vehicle and these things were not present prior to dropping it off for the required recall service. I am resigned to absorbing the cost of a new mirror and spending an hour or two cleaning up the grease and adjusting the sunshade. I am unlikely to be much of a loss to your customer base but can not help but think I am the only person walking out of your service center feeling I have once again received the poor service I expected from a dealership. Awesome experience, the guys in service, Chris,Mario,and Josh were so welcoming when we arrived. They got our vehicle in and out in great time. Also some great staff in the service department office when pi Josh were so welcoming when we arrived. They got our vehicle in and out in great time. Also some great staff in the service department office when picking up our vehicle, very professional. We were greeted by the service manager, Mr.Jones when picking up our vehicle and wow! What can I say,other than an overall great experience. We'll definitely be returning. More
