I loved that car but decided I was ready to m After seeing a commercial on TV years ago Lynn Wood helped me get into a wonderful brand new 2017 Jetta. I loved that car but decided I was ready to move up to a bigger vehicle. Not only did Lynn get me in a Tiguan S...it's the coolest color on the market, Habinero Metallic and everyone loves it!! I do have to give a shout out to the service department. They are very curious and make getting oil changes a nice experience. More

Buying, trading and training for 2018 Tiguan I received several very nice e-mails from Village VW regarding my 2014 diesel Passat to see if I would be interested in trading for a newer VW. I went I received several very nice e-mails from Village VW regarding my 2014 diesel Passat to see if I would be interested in trading for a newer VW. I went to the dealership on Monday afternoon, April 15, and, after very cordial conversations with Brian Johnson, Jim Graves and Lynn Wood, we came to an agreement to trade my Passat for a "Loaded" Tiguan. I also met with Chris Hayden to discuss financing the new car and was very impressed and pleased with all of his assistance in arranging my financing. Around 5 that afternoon, I drove off the lot with my new Tiguan. On Wednesday morning, I returned to Village VW to give them the title and second key to my Passat. I was also able to meet with Lynn Wood and received invaluable help in learning how to "deal with" several of the many features of my new Tiguan. I also went to the parts department and ordered a set of "windshields" for the doors on my Tiguan. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me in this order but he was equally as courteous and cordial as everyone else had been in this process of buying my new car. I went back to Village VW on Friday morning for an appointment I had made with Charolene Smith in the service department and they installed the "windshields' on my new car. I could not have been happier with this entire week of help from all of the great staff of individuals I worked with at Village VW and I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. In most surveys, ratings are from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. Insofar as I am concerned, 10 is not high enough for the personnel at Village VW, And I so look forward to having my new car serviced during the many years I anticipate driving this new Tiguan. More

She was efficient while still ensuring thorough customer care. We left understanding exactly how the lovely features worked and ready to enjoy our Tiguan from the moment we drove off the lot. We were impressed that we didn’t encounter a single dealership “trick” or gimmick trying to be pulled. You could tell that Lynn was genuinely helping purchase exactly the car we wanted for the price that we were comfortable paying. Chris Hayden made the financing quick and efficient while still being friendly and transparent regarding every single line item. More

2015 Passat My husband, Jim, was shopping for a car to replace his company car when he retires, and had found a 2015 Volkswagen Passat on their website. We went out to the dealership to see the vehicle, and talked with Lynn Wood. I should preface, we are "car people", and have worked in dealerships, therefore, we have a knowledge of vehicles. My husband drove the Passat and liked it, so we made them an offer. Lynn was very knowledgeable about her product, and therefore, could answer any questions that we might have. She really knows her product, which we find refreshing! Most salespeople are just order takers, men and women alike, but Lynn really knew her product. Lynn took our initial offer to Brian Johnson, the Used Car Manager, and of course, came back a little higher. Jim told Lynn that we would split the difference, and Brian agreed! Voila, we had bought a car! Lynn took our picture, and when she sent it to us, she followed up with an email to ask if we needed any information, etc. Best car buying experience we had had in years! We will truly recommend them to anyone in the market, and especially to Lynn Wood! More

Charolene's Excellent, Efficient Service at Village VW I recently had a quick glitch that I needed help with, and Charolene delivered seamless service that resulted in a minimal disruption to my routine. S I recently had a quick glitch that I needed help with, and Charolene delivered seamless service that resulted in a minimal disruption to my routine. Since it was sort of an emergency situation, she made sure that a loaner vehicle was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership so I could be on my way to work and not have to take any time off. When I picked up my Beetle, she honored my request and connected me with the tech that checked my car so he could explain the nuances of my vehicle. The entire experience was quite clear and very reassuring. I waited half my life to buy a bug, and I cannot say enough positive things about both the sales staff (thank you, Lynn!) or the service staff (thank you, Charolene!). I had never loved a car until buying my "Boopsie," and Village VW offers a great support network for standard service that keeps the love affair alive. Thank you! More

Excellent dealer to do business with I found Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga online looking for a specific car I wanted and they had it. I asked the online sales representative to look I found Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga online looking for a specific car I wanted and they had it. I asked the online sales representative to look the car over and tell me all about it since I was 2 1/2 hours away. She did and took more pics of the car for me. After agreeing on a price which was done in mere minutes they promised to hold the car for me and not sell it. When I arrived 7 hours later the car was out front clean and in excellent condition as she described on the phone. After a test drive we were sold on the car. Paper work was done quickly. Online sales staff was absolutely awesome and was honest in the description of the car! Thank you for a wonderful experience and now I have a really happy daughter! More

Although I bought it in 1985 and it had many miles on it, I drove it back My very first car was a 1970 VW bug which I bought for $450.00. I loved it! Although I bought it in 1985 and it had many miles on it, I drove it back and forth to UTK for 4 years. I recently purchased my 2rd VW from Village Volkswagen. I traded in a 2011 diesel Jetta for a 2015 pre-owned diesel Passat. My Passat has had "the fix" and looks and drives like brand new. The best part was that my car was made in Chattanooga, TN! I was a return customer of Lynn Woods. She knows her cars and is willing to go the extra mile to find the car that meets your needs. I plan on driving my new/used Passat for many, many miles! More

Took my 2014 VW Passat TDI in for the EPA service plusr I had received word that the EPA work for my 2014 VW diesel Passat TDI was now ready to be done and made a reservation to have this work done on Frida I had received word that the EPA work for my 2014 VW diesel Passat TDI was now ready to be done and made a reservation to have this work done on Friday, July 7, at 9:30 a.m. On arriving at Village Volkswagen, I was also told that a heat filter replacement process had been e-mailed to Village VW the night before so they wanted to do this work when I was there for the EPA work. I greatly appreciated this offer from Randy Barger, Service Advisor for Village VW. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete this work so I very comfortably waited in the "Waiting Area" where I was able to enjoy peanut butter crackers, popcorn and a diet coke. Village VW has always been most gracious in providing refreshments in their very comfortable waiting room along with a TV, daily newspapers and magazines. Randy kept me advised of the progress being made on my car which made my "waiting" time seem much less than it actually was. At about 10:45 a.m., Randy came to me and told me that all the work had been completed on my car, he provided me with all the documentation I needed to me able to confirm that the diesel engine situation on my 2014 Passat had been taken care of and he told me which pages I needed to be sure and keep in the glove compartment of my car. I highly recommend the service department at Village Volkswagen as well as the individuals who discuss what needs to be done on my car and certainly appreciate the professionalism of the individuals who perform the work! More
